There will be no returns on any open box of Cigars during the pandemic.
If you are not satisfied with the condition of the cigars and the box has not been opened, Tobacco Locker will issue an RA Number and issue you a store credit, minus the 20% restocking fee plus the shipping charge for the original shipping cost to send the order to you. You must notify us within 3 days from the receipt of your cigars to receive the RA number and store credit. Tobacco Locker will issue a store credit for the cigars upon receipt and this credit can be used for an exchange or a replacement item. Returns for cigars will only be accepted with original cellophane sleeves, tubes, and other "individual" packaging (such as cedar strips, coffins, etc..) still intact. All credits for cigars that were sold in packages of less than 20 cigars will be issued on a per-cigar basis when returned to us. Cigars purchased as part of a sampler of any sort may only be returned for an equal exchange. Please include a description of the problem, and be sure to include your full name (mandatory) and any other order details (optional, but very helpful... we'll be able to respond to you more quickly).

You may return any non-tobacco item if you notify us within 3 days of the receipt of your purchase in its unopened, original packaging for a full credit, minus shipping charges. If the product is defective we will provide you with the same item exchange, and we will pay the shipping for the returned item.

Why do we need to verify your age?
At Tobacco Locker, our commitment is to sell Tobacco products and accessories only to customers that are 21 years of age or older. This is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local law. Understand that fraud verification, age verification, and issues are beyond our control and could potentially delay orders.
How we verify
Per the FDA’s minimum age requirement for tobacco purchase, your age will be verified to confirm your name, date of birth, and address exactly as it appears on your government-issued ID. While nearly all customers that are over 21 should be able to be age verified within a short period of time, a small percentage of shoppers may not be verifiable due to the limited availability of publicly available information contained within the Age Verification databases. If this happens, we will attempt to contact you via email to ask you to verify your age. We require a copy of your current driver’s license or some other form of government-issued ID that verifies your date of birth.
Verification for Different Billing verse Shipping address
For different billing and shipping address orders, we will require all of the following items. Copy of your current Driver's License, or some other form of government-issued ID that verifies your date of birth, a copy of the Credit Card statement showing your billing address, and a copy of the front and Back of the credit card used for the purchase. Once we receive your information your order will be shipped.

How do I properly submit my age information?
The easiest way to do this is to provide Tobacco Locker with a copy of your current Driver’s License or other government-issued ID that confirms your name, address, and date of birth.

When Should I Expect My Order
We know you want your order yesterday, and we strive to be the fastest most reliable shippers in the business. Shipping by Priority Mail takes up to 2-DAY, 3-DAY business days from the date of shipment (not including your order date or Sundays).
For more urgent requests we offer UPS, 2-DAY, 3-DAY, and OVERNIGHT options.
Online inventory is updated regularly. If an item is not immediately available, it will ship the moment it becomes available by the Priority Mail Shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for USPS errors, or other delays out of our control during the pandemic.

International Terms and Conditions
Orders must ship to the billing address for the credit card being used.
The only acceptable form of payment for international orders is credit cards. We do not accept PayPal, virtual, prepaid, or debit cards as a form of payment for international orders.
Lighters cannot be shipped internationally due to FAA regulations.
All international orders ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail International.
All duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Even if there are no tobacco restrictions in your country there is still a chance that customs will refuse the shipment. If this does happen the entire order cost of the items and shipping charges will not be refunded even if the item is returned. The item is considered unsaleable.
All Correspondence with us must be in English.
For all international orders, we require a copy of a current credit card statement (the bill you receive) for the credit card being used for this order. It should clearly show your name, address, and at least the last 5 digits of the credit card number, so that we have documentation that the billing name and address on the order match the billing name and address on the credit card. We may also request that you provide a copy of your government-issued photo ID along with a picture of the credit card displaying the last 5 digits of the credit card being used for the order.
This is our standard policy to ensure that the person paying for the order is the person receiving the order.
All Credit card information must be verified before we ship your order.
Very important: You will have to pay duties and taxes in addition to the total of this order. If you should refuse to pay the duties and taxes after your order has shipped, understand that you will also refuse to receive a refund for your original purchase and shipping cost. Even if the item is returned. The item will then be considered unsalable.
