That fact is backed up and guaranteed by the father and son team of Carlos Fuente, Sr. and Jr. First of all, Ashton Cabinet boasts four different long filler tobaccos. These select Cuban and Dominican seed tobaccos are allowed to slowly reach their full maturity in the aging barns before being brought to the factory for processing. Then they are lovingly combined with the highest quality Connecticut Valley shade leaf to produce a characteristically light chestnut colored wrapper which gives the Ashton Cabinet its silky touch, aristocratic appearance, and noble flavor. Finally, after being rolled by skilled torcedores at Tabacalera A. Fuente, in Santiago, Dominican Republic, the Fuentes insists upon aging Ashton Cabinet one full year. It is this meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail that few manufacturers are able to afford that accounts for Ashton Cabinet's quality.
